Substance Abuse Professional Services
These services are stipulated by Federal Regulations for designated safety-sensitive positions, such as Commercial Drivers, and others.
The Substance Abuse Professional must meet qualifying training and other requirements, and is working in the interest of public safety, not as an advocate for the employee or the employer in these cases.
Beacon staff includes trained, knowledgeable, and experienced professionals to meet these needs. The same level of expertise is available to support any organization or individual need for help with chemically related policy violations or behavioral health concerns.
Employers or individual violators may purchase services as part of an EAP or on a fee-for-services basis.
Legal & Financial Services
Beacon is able to offer high quality legal and financial resources to support employees and their families. Included is access to a pre-screened network of highly qualified local attorneys able to assist in a wide range of matters related to divorce, estate planning, bankruptcy, civil disputes, etc. An employee whose organization has contracted for advanced legal support is entitled to a 30 minute free counseling session with a conveniently located attorney. We also can provide comprehensive financial support and education by telephone to assist employees confronting financial difficulties and those seeking the tools to avoid them.
